7:00am – Southeast Quad closes to traffic for set up

11:00am - Downtown Troy Square closes to traffic for set up

5:00 – 8:00pm Packet Pickup for Tour de Donut - The Troy Rec, 11 North Market Street, Downtown Troy

5:00 – 8:00pm Downtown children’s activities (WACO Plane Train, Armstrong Air & Space Museum, Ranger Vic, Big Games, & More)

6:30 – 10:30pm Downtown Stage Entertainment (Naked Karate Girls)

5:00 – 10:00pm Beer Sales (21+, proper IDs required)

Dinner- Downtown Troy restaurants and food trucks

Saturday, August 23rd

Parking available at Troy Junior High or High School – Use Junior High Entrance, 556 Adams St, Troy.  Parking is also available at Hobart Arena – 255 Adams St, Troy.

5:30 – 8:00am Packet Pickup for Tour de Donut - The Troy Rec, 11 North Market Street, Downtown Troy. (Doors to the packet pickup building will lock promptly at 8am, please plan ahead)

7:00am Tour de Donut Kids Registration opens – Under the red Tour de Donut tent next to the The Troy Rec Parking Lot, Corner of Market St & Water St.

8:00am – 1:30pm Food trucks

8:00am – 1:00pm Downtown children’s activities (COSI Mobile Exhibit, 501st Legion, Big Games, & More)

8:00am Tour de Donut Kid’s Event begins on the square - Line the streets and cheer on the kids!

8:15 Tour de Donut Costume judging (Start/Finish)

8:15am Welcome from Troy Mayor Robin Oda

8:25am National Anthem presented

8:30am BOOM and the start of the 2025 Tour de Donut

10:00am – 11:00am COSI Science Show on the Stage 

9:00am – 12:00pm Cherry Street Local Farmer’s Market Open

10:00am – 3:00pm – Shower Service – Troy Aquatic Park, 460 Staunton Rd., Troy. Limited towels available to rent, $2.00

10:00 – 2:00pm Beer Sales (21+, proper IDs required)

11:00am – 12:00pm Columbus Zoo Animal Encounter Downtown on the stage

11:00am Riders on Mini & Hole course must be finished to be considered for awards

11:45am Awards for Mini & Hole Donut (East Stage)

12:00pm Full course/Team Competition time limit for awards eligibility ends

12:30pm Full course/Team Competition awards (East Stage)

1:00pm Double D (64 miles) course time limit for awards eligibility

1:30pm Double D awards (East Stage)

2:00pm Finish line closes and all riders must be off course

Downtown restaurants open throughout the day
